The Vegetal is an emulsion of vegetable fats and oils with the addition of dextrose, sugar and flavours. Its formulation allows to have a better effect on product compared to anhydrous fats, it helps to manage the dough and to increase gluten extension.
The packaging is a box for 25 kg with internal sack PH-HD NEUTRAL.
