Condiment to produce bread with base of lard and milk
The Condilatte is an emulsion suitable for all kind of bread particularly recommended to soft products as hamburgers, sandwiches, focaccia, etc. It contributes to preserve and give a long shelf life to the packaged product.
Dosage from 4% to 8% related to flour's weight.
In order to have a good result in direct productions, is recommended to use this emulsion combined to an improver of Progresso's line.
The packaging is a pail of 20 kg.
