The Supremo Top is a technological bread improver with an enzymatic basis, suitable for all kind of breads. This is a versatile product that can be used with differents technologies and methods of production.
The mix is efficient when you have to increase the enzymatic presence and balance the difficulties of knead as well as those of machinability.
Dosage is from 0,4% to 0,8% related to flour's weight.
