Technological powder bread improver for all kind of breads. The mix Progresso is usable by following the direct method as well as the traditional one. This product allow the user to have a clean label thanks to its simple ingredients.
The dosage vary depending on the kind of Porgresso product used; the dose starts from 0,4% to 1,5%.
