Mix to produce bread

The mix La Parisette is used to produce baguette, icon of french bread in particular of Paris city. Ingredients allow to make easy the knead of the dough and to obtain a finish product with optimum properties. This mix is also suitable to produce mini-baguette used to package sandwiches and filled sandwiches.
