Giallo Parma is a mix that contains wheat flour, durum wheat flour and especially the mais that gives to the bread the typical yellow coloring.
You can give to the dough the correct shape as shown in the picture beside, thanks to the use of a mould.
The packaging is a sack of 25 kg.
