The Olivegetal is an emulsion of vegetable fats and oils with the addition of extra virgin olive oil. Its particular formulation allows to have a better effect on product compared to anhydrous fats, it helps to manage the dough and to increase gluten extension.
This product is recommended in production of dried bakery product.
The packaging is a box for 25 kg with internal sack PH-HD NEUTRAL.
