The pumpkin bread is typical of the areas of Veneto, Lombardia and Emilia. By using the mix Zuccoro you can have a "semi-sweet" and soft bread with intense perfume and the "orange" colour of the pumpkin.
You can also add dried fruit, pine nuts, etc.
