Thanks to the presence of different ingredients as durum wheat flour, oat and barley the mix Pan Buffetto contains proteins, fibers, vitamins and favourable carbohydrates.

This bread has a very good taste and a nice and easy shape: with the use of a mould you can create small square portions to prepare snacks.
