Mix to produce croissants
The Dolce Mattino is a mix to produce brioche and croissants. It's a very versatile product, in fact depending on work method it allows to produce from brioches to croissants.
It doesn't contain fats, so the user can choose which one he prefers (margarine, butter, etc).
The packaging is a sack for 25 kg.
