Mix to produce bread

The mix Prepan contains favourable fats and if you use it with the dosage of 20% related to flour's weigh, it allows to have a bread with correct quantity of fat.
This mix is indicated to produce focaccia and pizza.

Available variations are.

- Prepan Lecitina

- Prepan Vegetal (dosage of 10% related to flour's weight)

 

The packaging is a sack of 25 kg.
