Mix to produce bread with milk
The mix Tenere' is suitable to produce soft sandwiches, snack and hamburger. The mix doesn't contains fats as ingredients that have to be added by the user. In this way you can choose if add vegetable fats (oil) or animal fats (lard, butter).
